The goal of Digital Merchandising Solutions network operation monitoring is very simple: Keep the interactive or dynamic digital network fully operational 24 hours a day, seven days per week and 365 Days A Year. Operational monitoring can be configured to track the operational status of each interactive device in a customers network in real time. The DMS operational monitoring system provides the following real-time tracking functions:

• Instant status of each system in the network
• Current status of peripherals (printers, card readers, cash acceptor, camera, etc.)
• Peripheral activity log (printouts, card swipes, coupons printed, etc.)
